Pregnancy Participation Policy
Pregnant clients may participate in classes at The Move Lagree with approval from their healthcare provider.
Clients who are pregnant are responsible for informing their instructor prior to each class so the instructor is aware and can provide appropriate exercise modifications when available. The Move Lagree instructors are fitness professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation during pregnancy is voluntary. Each client is responsible for following the recommendations and limitations provided by their healthcare provider and for listening to their body throughout class.
Clients should stop exercising and seek appropriate medical guidance if they experience pain, dizziness, bleeding, leaking of fluid, contractions, shortness of breath beyond normal exercise exertion, or any other unusual or concerning symptoms.
Age Requirements
The Move Lagree's services are generally intended for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Individuals under the age of 18 may participate only when permitted by The Move Lagree and with appropriate written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required waiver or authorization before the minor participates in a class.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors in violation of applicable law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically as The Move Lagree grows, our services change, or privacy and legal requirements evolve.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
